We are excited to announce that the phase 1 of the road repair has started at Hillcrest Estates. In the phase 1, we will repave the road from the entrance of the community to the clubhouse on Oak Drive and the both parking lots at the entrance and the clubhouse. 

For many years, residents at Hillcrest Estates in Altoona, Wisconsin has been asking to fix the roads. Over the years, the roads have deterioriated with bumps and potholes. When St Paul Group evaluated the property, we spoke to homeowners in the community and agreed that it was a high priority. We are working with well-known local paving company Senn Blacktop for this project.

We will start with pulverizing the road and the parking lots. Then we will even grade, add some base material, and pave. The project is scheduled to between now and the end of the month.

During this time, access to Oak Drive will be limited from the entrance to the clubhouse. We ask the residents to use the detour path to get to their houses. 

Phase 2 of the project will begin early next year. In this phase, we will address the worst areas of the roads and the major artierial roads. This will further improve the driving experience in Hillcrest Estates.

Again, we are very excited to tackle this project and make improvements to Hillcrest Estates. We want to make our community the best place to buy a home and live in Chippewa Valley! 

Update 9/29 - The storm drain under the road was cracked from the weight of the paving machines. Brian immediately contacted contractors and we are repairing it.
