Landscaping Pond - There is a beautiful pond in the middle of the community. The pond is also home to many birds. Unfortunately, it's currently fenced off. We will be removing the fence and improving the landscaping around the pond. We are also looking at creating a walking path, benches, and pinic tables around the pond.
Club House - Currently the large building in the middle of the property is unused. We are looking at options for the buildling. Some ideas include game room, lounge, event space, etc.
Commercial Buildling - We have a commerical space in the front of the property. We will also be utilizing the space for provide convenience and benefit to our residents. We are currently looking at opening a cafe, convenience store, etc.
Green Space - We have several acrage of green space in the community. We will be utilizing the spaces to provide amenities to the residents. The current ideas include walking trail, picnic area, playground, frisbee course, and a dog park.
