We are looking for a capable and hard working maintenance person to join our team at Hillcrest Estates and Villa Diann. We have a lot of projects planned for the year including landscape improvements, road repair, mobile home installation, building rehabs and more. 

Responsibilities

• Landscaping - lawn mowing, tree trimming
• Snow plowing
• General cleaning
• Equipment maintenance. 
• Mobile home maintenance and repairs
• Assist in installation of mobile homes for sale

We are looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well, can work independently, is safety-conscious and takes pride in work.

Hillcrest Estates in Altoona and and Villia Diann in Eau Claire are premier manufactured housing communities in Chippewa Valley. We are making major improvements to the two communities.
