Management is friendly, maintenance is timely, safe neighborhood, kid and dog friendly, you have a yard and driveway.

We love this neighborhood. It works perfect for a single mom and I feel safe just letting my child ride his bike outside alone within it. We moved from out of state to be here and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Management has been helpful in making sure I know everything I needed to when moving from the south to prepare for winter.

Location, great people living here, new owners and managers and employees are top shelf awesome.

Nothing is perfect…I’m content! The park is well kept and clean. Roads are in pretty good repair. I love the grand large trees.

For the most part, I love living here---from the moment I began working with admin to buy a home, I have enjoyed it. I have invested a fair amount of $ to make my home/lot warm and welcoming. I do get upset that there are so many who let their lawns grow wild and it only brings creatures into the yards of those of us living by them. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Hillcrest a 9.5.

I have a few friends that live in this neighborhood. They seam to enjoy it. And it's usually clean and rather quiet there too.

Community is being freshened up, cleaned up, Scott and James are making improvements. Owners are willing to listen to community input. Nice guys. Jane the community Manager is awesome to deal with and takes care of concerns about the park.

This mobile home community has earned a five star rating well deserved the management is great and very helpful. We attended an open house and looked at several homes and found our new home the same day. I would highly recommend to everyone that I know

Great new updates. Safer and better roads. Maintenance and Management are superb. Neighborhood seems to be safe and well kept, after new management took over. Office staff is friendly, kind, and willing to help. Highly recommend.

Very nice neighborhood. The management and staff are professional and friendly. They’ve done so much work here, including adding a walking path around the pond, a dog park and so many street improvements. It’s more than just a park, it’s a community.

I think this is a nice place. I have an Aunt who lives here and has for years. The trailers are kept nice as are the yards. They are always trying to improve there and believe me there are many around that I have seen traveling around the state that have poor conditions. This one is very nice!!
